1. How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
In order to connect to Wi-Fi, you must:
1) Open Wi-Fi in the phone settings, find the AMAKS network and click CONNECT.
2) Call the phone number indicated on the screen (toll-free).
3) It's done! Wi-Fi will automatically connect.
2. When will my room be cleaned?
The room is cleaned daily from 14:00 to 20:00 on the day after your arrival.
For example, if you stopped by today, your room will be cleaned from tomorrow from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
important! If you need urgent cleaning, then you can hang a sign on the door handle from the outside "Please clean the room".
3. How does the refrigerator, TV and other household appliances work?
Insert the room key (card) into the electronic on/off switch located in the hallway of the room.
PLEASE! Please kindly remove the key from the device when leaving the room for fire safety purposes.
How does the refrigerator turn on?
The temperature control in the refrigerator is in the “Off" position.
To turn on the refrigerator, please turn the knob.
4. Where is the ironing room?
The ironing rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.
Working hours are around the clock.
A room key is required to use the ironing room.
5. Where can I see the restaurant menu?
6. How do I order food from the restaurant to my room?
You can use the Room Service and order meals/drinks in the room by phone: 8-962-522-70-21 or follow the room service link.
7. Is it allowed to smoke in the rooms? If not, where can I go?
Smoking is PROHIBITED in the rooms.
Smoking is allowed on the street 15 meters from the hotel.
If smoking is detected in the room, fines are applied.:
5000 rubles . if smoking is detected in the room.
10,000 rubles. if a fire alarm is triggered in the room due to the fault of the smoking Guest.
The amount of the fines will be credited to your accommodation bill.
8. Is there a gym?
The AMAKS City Hotel does not have a gym.
But next to the hotel there is a fitness club "Reforma" at Ufa, 11/1 R.Sorge St. (5 minutes on foot).
