The Bronze Card

gives you the opportunity to get a 5% discount on:
  • accommodation in the chain's hotels,
  • booking trips to the resorts of the network**,
  • services of restaurant and entertainment complexes of hotels of the *** chain.

You can get a card by filling out a form at the reception desk at the hotel or by registering in your personal account on the website.

The Silver Card

gives you the opportunity to receive a 10% discount on:
  • accommodation in hotels of the chain,
  • booking trips to the resorts of the network**,
  • services of restaurant and entertainment complexes of hotels of the *** chain.

You get a card when you accumulate 35,000 bonuses.

The Golden Card

gives you the opportunity to receive a 15% discount on:
  • accommodation in the chain's hotels,
  • booking trips to the resorts of the network**,
  • services of restaurant and entertainment complexes of hotels of the *** chain.

You get a card when you accumulate 105,000 bonuses.

Platinum Card

gives you the opportunity to receive a 20% discount on:
  • accommodation in hotels of the chain,
  • booking trips to the resorts of the network**,
  • 15% discount on the services of restaurant and entertainment complexes of *** hotels.

You get a card when you accumulate 205,000 bonuses.

Conditions of the loyalty program in the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts chain of hotels and resorts

  1. 1. The Loyalty Program applies to all hotels and resorts of the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts chain in the Russian Federation, and does not apply to hotels in the Republic of Belarus.
  2. 2. In order to become a member of the Loyalty Program, you must register in your personal account on the website.
  3. 3. The Loyalty Program Participant's Card is not transferable to third parties. The hotel or resort has the right to refuse to provide a discount if the name of the cardholder and the name of the visiting guest do not match.
  4. 4. You begin to receive privileges and discounts on services after the card is issued. Approximately 30 minutes after registration, bonuses for arrivals will be automatically credited to your bonus account from January 1, 2022 (from January 1, 2023 for the AMAKS Orbita Olginka resort, from March 1, 2023 for the AMAKS EcoPark Yekaterinburg resort, from November 1, 2025 for the AMAKS Ershovo Zvenigorod resort). Points are only needed to generate a discount level. You can't spend them.
  5. 5. Please note! Discounts on accommodation are provided only in case of direct booking:
    • — on the official website www.amaks-hotels.ru or resorts www.amaks-kurort.ru,
    • — in hotels: by phone or e-mail of the selected hotel, that is, without the participation of travel agencies and companies, travel operators, Internet portals, and other online booking systems. At resorts, the discount is available only for online bookings.
  1. 6.The discount on the AMAKS LOYALTY CLUB loyalty card applies:
    • — in hotels: to the room booked by the cardholder. Bonus points are awarded to the cardholder, provided that the payment for the room is also made by him.
    • — at resorts: for the vouchers of all guests who stay in the same room with the cardholder. Bonus points are credited to the bonus account of each guest for his ticket.
  2. 7. Do not forget to specify the card number when booking on the website www.amaks-hotels.ru and www.amaks-kurort.ru in the "PROMO CODE" field — the discount will be calculated automatically.
  3. 8. The transition to the next level is carried out automatically when the required number of points is accumulated.
  4. 9. Discounts on the loyalty program cannot be combined with discounts on other special offers and promotions.
  5. 10. Loyalty card discounts and bonuses do not apply to group accommodation.
  6. 11.Discounts and bonuses on the loyalty card do not apply to room service, set menu, banquets/receptions, rental of conference rooms and conference equipment.
  7. 12. The hotel undertakes to provide room upgrades, late check-out and early check-in only if rooms are available and ready to move in.
  8. 13.Current account balance You can find out in your personal account on the website or in the reception and accommodation service of any hotel, indicating the full name and card number.
