At our first meeting, she was polite and tactful, explained everything in detail and helped us decide on the menu and choose a room for the newlyweds. Everything was fine-the dishes, the serving.the staff, the decoration of the hall, a gift for the newlyweds and a buffet - Elena helped us with everything at the first request! Thank you so much for hosting our wedding celebration at the DeLuxe Hall banquet hall on August 10, 2018. Everything was beautifully organized: a chic cozy room, magnificent decoration, table arrangement, beautiful setting, everything as desired) The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the staff was sensitive and friendly towards us, our guests and our requests/wishes, all the guests were satisfied. It was nice to receive gifts from the restaurant – a cascade of champagne, a suite, a fruit bowl with champagne after the banquet, and breakfast in the room. A taxi transfer was arranged for 350 rubles from the railway station at 01.50 Moscow time. It is not clear by whose mistake the taxi was sent at 01.50 local time (I was still on the train at that time and had to travel for another 2 hours). The taxi dispatcher postponed the transfer time to 03.50 local, but after arriving and waiting for the taxi in the parking lot until 04.03, he took a free taxi and drove to the hotel for 150 rubles in 5 minutes. Conclusion - I do not recommend booking a transfer, because it is expensive and not reliable! I found out that the hotel orders the transfer from some carrier. (It would be better not to offer such a service at all). The hotel is excellent, Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, nice uniforms. The buffet breakfast exceeded all expectations with a variety of dishes. We can say that this is not breakfast, but lunch. There were minor flaws in the room (the plastic balcony door was poorly locked, and the top canopy fell out at the front door), but these are small things. I've been to many hotels around the world. Compared to Turkey, Egypt, and even Italy, I would put a solid star rating of 4*, not 3. I recommend it to everyone. In future trips, I will focus on this hotel chain. I recommend everyone to book directly on the hotel's website, because at the initial booking through all sorts of bbbb and railway, etc., the payment did not go through and there were minor problems.
