I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the hotel complex. My colleagues and I were pleasantly surprised by the attention to our requests that we received at your wonderful hotel. This made it possible to prepare and hold a medical conference on breast cancer for Ufa patients at a higher level. The boys and girls at the reception were attentive and patient, and more than one request did not have to be repeated twice. The service is very decent. The staff clearly knows their duties, and the pleasant smiles of the girls at the reception lifted their spirits in the morning. Almost all the whims were fulfilled. I would especially like to mention Tatiana, the senior hotel administrator, for her understanding and responsiveness at 5 a.m. :) On further visits to Ufa, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel left a pleasant impression about itself. Excellent service, very attentive staff. I arrived late in the evening, and it was well after midnight when I got to the hotel. Nevertheless, I didn't have to wait long at the reception, but they checked in very quickly. In the morning, I was very pleased with the Buffet, in fact, there is something to choose from and very tasty. The mood for the whole day improved immediately. The convenient location allowed us to gather slowly in the morning and keep up everywhere. I would like to mention the evening program separately. There is plenty of entertainment. There's a great restaurant, billiards, and a nightclub. In general, everyone has something to do.
